# Terminology

#### Circulating Supply

The total number of HYDRON tokens available&#x20;

#### Dividend Reduction Frequency (DRF)

The number of dividends that must be payed out before the dividend amount is decreased

#### Dividend Reduction Rate (DRR)

The percent the dividend amount is decreased.

#### Dividend Yield

A dividend is a sum of tokens paid regularly to token holders.&#x20;

#### HYDRON&#x20;

The native asset of the Hydron ecosystem used for representing ownership of future dividend yields and provides a mechanism for receiving them.&#x20;

#### Hydron Protocol ("Hydron", "Hydron Protocol" or "the Protocol")

Decentralized protocol for distribution of dividends.&#x20;

The HYDRON token is used as proof-to-claim to the dividend amount.&#x20;
