Troubleshooting

Error when I am trying to buy or sell

• Verify you have enough BNB in your wallet for transaction fees.

• Adjust your slippage to at least 1% when trying to buy.

• Adjust your slippage to at least 7% when trying to sell.

• If this doesn't work, continue to raise the slippage by 1% until the transaction goes through.

I cannot connect to the platform

• Make sure to select the correct network (Binance Smart Chain Main Net).

• Your wallet provider should have a settings option where you can switch the network.

• Add the Binance Smart Chain to MetaMask by following the instructions here.
